With my knowledge I don't think jb+ needs a down pipe. But in all things, down pipe always improves airflow and therefore it will help extract more hp. Im pretty sure. I just think that it won't be a lot. But jb4 definitely NEEDS a dp, when going to a higher map with higher levels of boost.
