i wouldnt trip too much over the warranty for exhaust imo
the exhaust is pure aesthetics to me and changes the sound yea it may add some hp here and here and create more flow, but you wont see anything significant until you do a downpipe and tune.
only the warranty inregards to the exhaust will be void, but what really goes wrong with the exhaust? it just lets the air out and creates sound so go with what you like best as far as sound and value of the exhaust.
right now i think the AWE is front runner imo and Dinan and MPE is right there. to each its own i think the quad dual exhaust looks nasty on the G20s
