Uncomfortable Seats in 330i - Recommendations?
Just purchased a 330i and the seats are very hard and uncomfortable.
Yes. I DID adjust the seats using all controls so from that perspective the settings are good but... the seat base is really firm, like I am sitting on a folded towel on a stadium seat. Anyone purchase an aftermarket seat cushion that they like? Note: I do have sheepskin covers (highly recommend) and that helps but the seat is still very firm and uncomfortable. Thank you! |

Do you have the Vernasca leather seats? Those can be pretty firm, part of the reason why I opted for Perforated Sensatec. More padding.
Not too many options for G20 cars, I have seen some people swap the seats from the G80 but that's not cheap |

do you have Vernasca leather or Sensatec?
Had a loaner LCI G20 brand new and the Vernasca leather is a little harder than the Sensatec. as for seat covers, idk what to recommend, but any seat cover would probably work fine. i bet the Vernasca leather will be very comfortable after it gets worn a bit |

Just curious if all of you are in the US? My ‘21 M340i seats with Vernasca Leather were firm and uncomfortable. It was also built in Mexico. However, my M440i GC also with the standard seats and Vernasca Leather, are much more comfortable. The M440i GC was built in Germany.
I’m wondering if it has something to do with where the vehicle is built… |

No discernible difference in comfort between the sport seats with vernasca leather in our family’s 2018 X3 built in the US, 2020 330i built in Germany, and 2023 M340i built in Mexico. FWIW, the part numbers for the seats are apparently the same too, so they are the exact same seat.
