Switch to non runflat tyres

My car is a BMW G20 330i, currently running on the stock Bridgestone Turanza T005 RFT* tyres in 225/40 R19 at the front and 255/35 R19 at the rear. Since the tyres are now worn out, I’m considering switching to Continental SportContact 7 for better handling.
I would like to ask whether the handling feel will change noticeably if I switch from run-flat tyres to non-run-flat tyres. In particular, will the car become more prone to tramlining in a straight line or lean more in corners because of the softer sidewalls of the SC7 compared with the RFT tyres?
I’m very much looking forward to your opinion. Thank you very much in advance!
This is my first post here, so please excuse me if this topic has already been discussed and I simply couldn’t find the relevant thread.
