2022 330i Msport front end clunking noise
Hi,
I have a 2022 330i that I got in May w/o adaptive suspension. It currently has 1500 miles. I’ve noticed a clunking noise numerous times at low speeds and recently became curious. I see others have reported this. Is this a “normal characteristic” of this vehicle? Is there a known fix that’s worth taking it to the dealership for? Thanks! |

E.g. it is over speed bump at low speed going straight? Or is it during low speed turning? In my case, I can hear the steering motor during low speed maneuvers, and the foreman said it is normal. |

It’s happens during low speed when going over small imperfections in the pavement. I think it also happens when turning. Did you bring your vehicle to the dealership?

The easiest and most obvious thing that comes to mind is the possibility the dealership failed to remove the shipping blocks from the suspension.

Yes I brought to dealer and the foreman test drove with me. Mine was not clunking, but a faint buzzing sound that now I attribute to the steering motor. I only hear it (still regularly) at low speed turn, e.g. <5mph.
