Question 2022 330e Battery Control?

Hi, I'm new here.

I've only had my 2022 330e Touring less that 2 weeks, so I'm still trying to get to grips with it.

Thus far, it's an enjoyable drive, But two things are bothering me.

First, I'm trying to work out is the Battery Control. I read that the earlier 330e had a push button on the centre console. Mine doesn't.

So how do I maintain charge whilst driving?

The other item is: When does the engine cut in in Hybrid mode?

This morning, in Hybrid mode I gave the accelerator pedal a good shove, The car accelerated, but stayed in electric drive.

Any help appreciated! Thanks

Ias your car pre lci or an lci? Was it in eco hybrid,if so it will respond much slower due to the throttle mapping.

LCI - Life Cycle Impulse, essentially a facelift/small design 'improvements' to a current model, some tech, some aesthetics etc. In its model 'midlife'.

Sometimes they feel regressive as they can do away with some of the original features, but in general improve some other features.
