Opf on g20 330e 2020

Hello i have a problem bc of opf bc i recently got a catless downpipe and cold air intake on it and i need to get it working normaly again bc it jerks bc of opf is removed and how do i get passed that and i would like to do it without coding if thats possible and if its not would a stage 1 tune on stock hardware and then remove the opf code after with bm3 work or if any hardware can bypass the opf without tuning would work too if it fixes my problem
