Coding Dual Stage Airbag to Single Stage

Recently upgraded my steering wheel and I don't want to keep it coded to dual-stage while modifying certain wires just to clear the errors.
Which software would be best for coding dual-stage to single?
I have BimmerCode, BimmerUtility and BimmerLink but it doesn't look like any of those can code the correct part of ACSM 3000.
Looking into esys and ista but I'm not sure which is easier.
