I’m referring to the shortcuts not the presets. The SiriusXM shortcuts randomly disappear. I have five. Sometimes all of them disappear and sometimes just a few. Occasionally a couple may reappear after a day or so, but usually I have to reenter the shortcuts. The shortcuts were trouble-free for a year before the current problem occurred.

Has anyone else experienced this?

For the SiriusXM shortcuts to "stick" you must select the channel from the SiriusXM media menu rather than the presets menu before designating it as a shortcut.
