Not yet. I am trying to solve it with the Genius at the dealer. So far his suggestion is to reboot iDrive and perform apps update. However, it does not fix the problem.

Yes, but since its saved to your bmw profile i think you should be fine. Not sure. I have done soft reset before and nothing worked. Looks like they want us to do a factory reset

Got this from bmw support. Apps and updates working as expected. Wonder if i need to take this to dealer for the tsra

Yea if I need to bring back to dealer or do a hard reset, no thanks.... I rarely use these features on my X3.... hopefully there will be an easier fix.

I've had this issue for a few month now - I also have an open support ticket with BMW, the only update they gave me is "we've escalated this", i've emailed them once a week...still no resolution.
