I've got to make a trip at the weekend to pickup a longish load.

I've just been out measuring up making sure I've got enough space for it. It will fit with the rear seats down and the front passenger seat as far forward as it will go.

When I fold the left rear seat down along with the central part, it unspools the central seat belt from the seat back and takes it with it. The buckle where this belt connects to the seat base looks like it detaches to get it out of the way for this kind of job, but there's no obvious (to me) release on it. Does it in fact detach and if so, how?
