I thought my favorite flying game was dead forever

I had no idea a new one was being released, I think it came out a week ago on PS3 and Xbox.
I picked it up yesterday, spent the better part of last night playing it.
It is a little different from previous versions, You also fly Helicopters in this game. It is also set in the real world now and you are a NATO force.

I used to play 4 and 5 on the PS2 for hours at a time and I loved it. I was pissed when I couldn't find any of the new ones on the PS3 (were they even on it at all?) but I played this demo last week and it was pretty fun. I'm not at all used to the new targeting system or that crazy ass dog fight mode but I enjoyed it. Also, I hate the helicopters lol.

The helicopter part sucks, so far.... it takes a lot to get used to
This is the first on the ps3 platform

The thing that I miss the most is not being called Mobius 1

Same. I also miss flying black planes for the Razgriz in 5.... and fighting the Yellows in 4.
