Looks sharp! Debating Portimao Blue and Alpine White now!
Are the M Performance parts installed at the port? What does it included? Shadowline for the grill? Mirror caps? It looks glossy and not matte (do they have that?) from here? |

Congrats on the purchase and thanks for posting some pics, been waiting to see the M340i with m-performance bits for a while.
I will definitely be going for the M-Performance parts so I can get rid of the gaudy cerium gray trim everywhere. |

So you managed to order the black grille that is similar to the 330i for instance? You did not choose the "normal" grille of the M340i in black like it was shown at the Geneva Motor show ? |

Same here. I actually don't mind the color itself too much, but the matte surface really makes every single bit of dust or smudge very obvious. When I took delivery at the dealer first thing I did was get close up with the grill to see what exactly the material was like, put a thumb print on it by accident and couldn't get it off even after 5 seconds of rubbing with my sleeve

Absolutely lovely!
What about the grille? Was that just a simple swap-out? |

Very clean set up! Just needs some painted reflectors to finish it off.

Car looks very well put together! Great choices with all the gloss black trim and M perf parts! And those wheels make me want to switch out my 792's.
Did they install the stuff you ordered separately at the dealership or did you get them installed somewhere else? And could we please get pics from straight back to see the bumper and diffuser better? |

I'm not really sure to be honest. It should be. I think all of the G20 outer grille's are swappable as long as you specify with or without parking sensors. They had to remove the entire front bumper but I think that was needed to replace the lower trim and/or install the front lip.

The grille is a 2 piece system. There's an outer grille with slats or mesh, then you have the flaps that sit behind and open and close as needed. Here's a pic of mine when the flaps are open (car parked and running in the sun).
Edit: I just realized the bolt on the front of the grill is cerium gray. Back to the parts catalog... |
