How can you set a contact if you have CarPlay enabled?

I've been having this problem and cannot figure out from the manuals and from my local BMW Genius.

If you are using CarPlay, you no longer have a Contact menu that downloads from your Apple device.

This is coming up currently with me trying to say "Hey BMW, take me to my office" -- and it responds, I don't have a location/contact set for that.

Does anyone have any ideas on how to let iDrive 7 do this with Navigation?

To clarify, you're trying to set "your" office address in iDrive, or CarPlay?

To clarify, you're trying to set "your" office address in iDrive, or CarPlay?

Yes.. I'm wondering where you can set an office contact. I've even tried to create an "Office" contact in my phone so CarPlay might see it. When CarPlay is enabled, you can't use the contacts on your iPhone.

I have my office saved in navigation as a favorite — but I don't know how to label it so that "Hey BMW" will access it. I've got it named "Work" right now, but I had it named "Office".. Neither have worked to say "Hey BMW.. Take me to work" just like I can do "Hey BMW.. Take me home.."

If you push the microphone button once it will bring up Hey BMW but if you hold it down it will bring up Siri if CarPlay is running.

None of those work?

Both work.. I'm just trying to use the iDrive navigation (not CarPlay)...
