Those are decent enough results for a stock 2.0 4 banger. Wonder what a tuned car does. Do you guys have tunes (other than burger/BM3) for the 330i there?

I installed mine yesterday, really impressed with it.

A lot more pronounced spool up on the turbo, BOV and exhaust crap and pops. Also, get a nice BOV sound on gear changes on WOT!

Those pops are really nice! Mine pops too but I haven’t listened to it from the outside. Gotta ask the wife to step on it when I’m outside.

I don’t get the BOV/turbo spooling sound on my car with JB+. Maybe because mine isn’t on the max setting? I used to get it in my A4 with a CAI and I loved it.

I left mine on default position at 3pm. I can only hear spool and bov with window down (also I'm in Australia so we sit on the RHS on the car!)

That's pretty impressive. What was your 60ft and 1/8 mile? Can you post your Dragy report?

I bumped my JB+ all the way up to max and took her out for a spin. I’m not sure I could say I felt an extra oomph. Maybe a little but I always think that’s probably a placebo effect? But yes. Once the turbo spools up, it’s like the car wants to pick up and run. Also, like g20beam said, car definitely feels so much better in sport mode. So much so that I’m driving in sport mode with the tranny in S all the time now (before JB+, it was in comfort with tranny in D since sport was too jerky in stop and go traffic).

Planning on going to 3 o clock this weekend plus a well deserved car wash.

Not sure if this was the smartest thing to do, but I took an internal video.

Mine was already at the 3 o clock position when I got it. I bumped it up to max yesterday. And mine needs a wash real bad too.

Yes. The BOV like sound is clearly audible there. Sounds exactly like how my B9 A4 did. Loved that sound. I couldn’t hear it on my car though. Probably because the wind noise was much more

So i found a G20 330 that was tuned by a shop in the Netherlands and i asked how much power the engine can safely run - i received this response. Can someone help me interpret - I wonder how this translates to the US B46?

I think the b48b20a is in the 330e and the b48b20b is in the non electric cars? I have no idea honestly.
Did some digging and found out that the American cars (b46) are basically just the b48 with a different tune for emission regulations. Mechanically it’s the same.

Also, they state 320 safely but the Russian car in the IG post makes almost 340bhp.

When using something like a JB+, should I be using the highest octane fuel at the bowser? In Australia we have 91,95 and 98 available to us. I generally use 95 as recommended by BMW specs.
