BMW 2019 330i Res Delete?

I've taken my 2019 BMW 330 to multiple shops know and they always seem confused as to if they can do the resonator delete. Has anyone done it successfully yet on their G20? They were wondering if the block shown below is just the resonator or if the cat is also connected to it which would make it a converter. Any help would be appreciated.

The middle portion you see right there is the res with a mid cat built-in, don't worry that's not your actual main cat. that whole section is cut off on mine and replace with a pipe no engine code either after cut.

Has it made any notable difference to the car?

upshift fart when you push it and the more noticeable burbles exhaust note is the same. if you wanna have it sound different you gotta do muff delete.

Interesting ! Do you have a picture ? The big piece shown on the picture is Gas particulate filter. I was of the opinion that OPF delete will throw engine code. There is no sensor on it but mechanics explained me that sensors are on the main cat and are measuring exhaust gas flow and back pressure. OPF is affecting those values. That's why my straight pipe starts only after the OPF. With your help my OPF can go out hopefully

OPF delete will throw a CEL and your car will go into limp mode once over 2000 or so rpm.
So I would maintain the OPF until you have a tune of some sort.

I purchased the full Eisenmann exhaust but can't install the front part (OPF delete) without the tune. Will install the rear section once I find the time or an installer willing to do so.

The big centre box. Going to the rear you should have the resonator and only then the backbox/rear muffler.
You can see it in Misko's last pics. The part still on the original exhaust is the OPF filter with and extra resonator of muffler chamber, not sure what it is exactly.

Do all cars have OPF? I was under the impression that only European cars had it?

Only EU and South-American cars should have and OPF. US cars have a slight performance gain thanks to this.

I just took a look underneath my car (G21 320i B48C) without lifting it and there doesnt seem to be a sensor? Bimmercat doesn't list the part as wel and I even seem to be missing a chargepipe!? Although not the same as the B48D/B.
I'll try to take it off and install the full Eisenmann exhaust this weekend. It shouldn't trigger a CEL it there's no sensor.

Nope, I have res delete, and JB+ that's it, I've heard about the Check Engine light with that middle portion cut but no issue at all for me.
