Hey guys! I know I should've just done a build thread and continuously update all the changes..but I'm already committed to making new pic threads every time now lol.

The finishing touches on my car needed to be wheels, and my heart had always been set on the HRE FF10's; it was just a matter of the wheel size. Shoutout to VIBE Motorsports for helping me out with the fitment and ordering the wheels, along with a few forum members that guided me as well. After deciding on 20's, I wanted to run a staggered and not squared set up. HRE recommends only 20x9 all around for us, however some members were running 20x9 et25 and 20x10.5 et35 in the rear. They don't "recommend" it but I will tell you it fits and I'm happy I didn't go with the square set up.

I went the liquid metal over black because with the color of my car and the style of these wheels, black wouldn't look right on my car. Also got Toyo Proxes Plus A/S tires, 245/35/20 in the front and 275/30/20 in the rear; and I'm dropped on H&R springs for all those wondering, no issues! I think the fitment is great, between the wheel and tires and the drop as well. I know I need more full side shots....

Gorgeous!

I'm assuming these are the 'standard' M340 brake callipers?
M-performance brake set would finish it off completely
God I like that purple and yellow-ish combo

yeah they are, i'm still back and forth on the upgrade. but i would mainly want the drilled rotors because i hate these plain rotors. The larger front caliper too is a sell point, but the rear calipers are the same..

Still thinking of doing it, just having to pay to repaint my calipers again is a pain

You don't need bigger 374mm rotors. I have them and the brakes are not something special. Instead change braking pads and fluid. Get Endless pads and fluid for example or Pagid. You will have better brakes than with M track 374mm rotors and bigger calipers.

i honestly just want it for the looks; don't even care for the performance to be honest. the drilled look is amazing, and the bigger caliper for the fronts

Do you have RWD or xDrive? Assuming RWD since you went with staggered. Really want a set of wheels with stagger but know people speak of drive train issues

The inventor of the round wheel as we know it today will gladly transfer the patent to HRE. These wheels are THAT good!

IMO the 330i slatted grill looks better than the M340's. I'd swap it out on this. Love the color.

Lol I hear you, some sensitive mod banned me from posting on G8X forums for not towing the party line. It really is sad knowing the G80 could have been an incredible swan song for the ICE M3.

Very nice setup and I love the wheels. I'm pretty sure you can use the 5 series rear calipers which take 370mm discs with extended carrier calipers.

Looks great! IMO the front and rear designs on the M340 look better than the M3. Add wider fender flares and maybe make the front a little more aggressive = M3 I'd buy.

Car looks great, and the wheels are fantastic!

I believe your tire aspect ratios are backwards… I think you meant to say 245/35-20 front and 275/30-20 rear.
