My car's been stuck at the vpc since 11/5. Hopefully it is delivered by 11/19 or it's going to cost me a fortune for a one way plane ticket to pick it up...

It's already Tuesday and still no movement... getting really tired of waiting lol. My CA is still insisting this week is the week however my stop sale's still open. Only time will tell, anyone have any movement from the NJ VDC?

Noticed there was some movement on M3/M4s on the G80 forums in jersey. Looks like cars that arrived in early November are starting to be closed

Not surprised you are still waiting. My SA told me today,
that VPC NJ is waiting for parts from Germany.
Looks like they cleared a bunch of M3/M4’s
that were first in line. Soooo close…..

Let's hope those parts get in today/tomorrow, we're literally on the home stretch any day now the almost eternal wait will finally be gone forever. I feel like it's much tougher to wait now that it's so close lol

It’s weird, right? So frustrating but also grateful we are in the final stretch. Some are still stuck at the factory. I feel for them. I’m hoping for delivery right after Thanksgiving. BMW kinda low balling me on my trade in. Might have to go the Carvana route.

I've heard good things about carvana giving great offers and rates. Was actually going to give them a call for a family member's old 2010 e350 to see what they offer. Definitely would be better than Carmax. I'm lucky my 2019 330i was a lease, the dealer agreed to take my lease back 4 months early and pay off the remaining balance when my m340 gets here(very low miles and mint condition).

Let's hope we get ours by Thanksgiving I can't imagine trying to order now with all the options missing, really do feel for everyone just ordering now, they don't even have touch screens anymore

I'd seen a couple good things about Carvana's prices too, but didn't experience it personally. They offered me $8,400 on my 2013 328i. I posted it on Facebook Marketplace for $16k (which is admittedly quite above KBB value, yet a better deal than most listed on Autotrader). I've had about 10 people message me in two weeks. One guy was ready to offer me $16k but found a 335i last minute. I've had several other cash offers ranging from $12k - $14,300. For now I'm being a bit firm on the price considering if I sell it now we'll be a one car household for three months.

We also looked at selling my wife's Jeep for a new one, and Carvana offered $21 or $22k. Going for $27k - $32k on Autotrader similarly spec'd and KBB/NADA gives a value of $28k - $29k.

So in my experience, the Caravana offers were not good, especially with the used car market as hot as it is.

Nope, I've lost all hope. Dealer really has no idea when it's coming they're just throwing out random estimates

Don’t lose hope quite yet. I just checked the recall info site, see link here, and it showed closed which means the fix is done. Have a call into my SA to confirm in his system the fix is complete.

Sorry to hear. My fix was the amplifier retrofit.
Same as a bunch of M3/M4’s.
Hope yours gets resolved soon.

My status today went to in transit to dealer.
Might actually arrive early next week.
Can’t pick it up until after the holiday.

What’s going on at the Baltimore VPC? They forgot about my M440Xdrive GC.
Arrived to Baltimore VPC on October 25th but no movement since, RAM stop sale.
I went to my dealership today and spoke with the Sales Manager but no resolution or predictability for the fix. Sales Manager stated “It could be fixed this coming week or weeks” SMH!

Thanks. You are good to go. Could be at your dealership this Wednesday. Then the PDI, etc, etc...

Can't believe how fast mine went from closing the retrofit, to the dealer. Two days. Incredible.
