Window Tint

My ordered car just came in. My dealer wants to charge me 1200 for Crystalline tint. I'm not sure if that's even real (I know the tint is real, but is the offering legit), because I asked two other people at the dealer and they were like what's that? Maybe I'm getting scammed?

What is the normal cost for back and side windows on crystalline?

Too expensive for 3M Crystalline which is not the best tint. You want nano-ceramic like Xpel Prime XR Plus. Here are the authorized dealers in Houston:

https://www.xpel.com/products/window...ve-window-tint

https://www.xpel.com/clearbra-instal.../texas/houston

Check out reviews from Yelp or some other rating site before you pick a dealer for the tint. Good luck!

$1200 for Crystalline is very expensive. It should be under $500 for any high quality tint. As important as the film itself, make sure you find a shop with a plotter who will computer cut your film. When done this way no razor blades will touch your car.

lol, you better tell your dealer to go and punch sand. Find a reputable tint establishment in your local area and give them a call.

Thanks everyone for your input! I called the SA while out of town and told them don't touch my windows. I'll get my own tint.
