Ambient lighting, keeps defaulting to bronze?

Hi everyone I’m a new be on ere so apologies if I’m in the wrong place posting this.

I have a BMW3 series (69 plate) I have recently had a dash cam wired in and since then my ambient lighting which I always have set to blue keeps defaulting to bronze when I unlock the vehicle and I sm having to change the ambient lighting back to blue every time I get in the vehicle and not sure how to solve the problem?
Any suggestions?

Which fuses did you tap into to wire in your dashcam?

my ambient light does this as well and I do not have anything tapped. I think its a software update that causes it.

Mine does this when the battery charge is getting low, a couple of hours on the conditioner sorts it out

I’m not sure which fuse they tapped in to as Helfords installed it? But I think they used the 12v, *** lighter fuse?
Any ideas which would be the best fuse to tap in to as I’m taking it back to Helfords this week?
It could also be down to the battery running low but I can’t see the battery been low after only 30mins can it?
