Wrap on G26 lower body molding

Does anyone know if 3m vinyl wrap can adhere to the black plastic molding under the doors? I’m not referring to the gloss molding but the flat matte plastic. I want to wrap it in gloss black vinyl.

It won't... you have to smooth that texture out.
