I'm quite surprised how few colours really. Particularly with say skyscraper not possible with MSport. And then discounting ie orange and green which I can't do!

I wondered the same about it being too showy when I bought it, and had a bit of a wobble immediately after committing, but I haven't had a single adverse comment and it has been very much admired. It looks even better since I had the windows tinted (3M Ceramic, 35% all round) which was done after I took delivery. For the last 25+ years my cars have been variations on metallic black, dark grey, silver, burgundy, dark greens or navy blues, so this was a total departure for me. I love it on this car, especially with the shadowline option.

It's a LONG way from Perth to Illinois. You must miss the bright blue skies and the warm weather. The climate here is so good (average over 8 hours of sunshine daily, year round ...). I grew up in the grey, damp north of England and travelled the world before settling in Australia 30-odd years ago, initially in Melbourne but now in Perth for over 20 years. I love it here. I row and sail so it's perfect for me.

I don't think you'll regret the Portimao Blue for a moment. It does need to be kept clean for the full lustrous glow (but it's not nearly as bad as dark grey, black or navy blue in that respect). One of my friends has just ordered a new 4-series in Portimao Blue as she liked the colour so much on my car!

Cool. Yes, definitely miss it. Most time actually was in Adelaide and actually just got back from there. Australia is awesome. An upgrade over England! Though, the economics particularly real estate changed significantly since I was there. A bit like California these days!

So, now people have got me re-thinking on interior. PB with black or PB with cognac [both, sensatec].?? Had chosen black. Cognac growing on me.

Do you want a more "sporty" interior or a more "rich feeling" interior.

sporty = black
rich = Cognac

Personally, I've grown tired of black interiors. I would take the Cognac.

I'm not getting leather. The mocha looks great but it's black or Cognac for me.

Deciding blue was a stretch for me...picking cognac on top would be another stretch! But perhaps a good offset vs dark/sporty [vs my age!
