Issue with remote start...M340 not turning over

From time to time the remote start on my '20 M340 won't work. The car will try to start but it won't turn over. I click the remote 3 times again to stop it. When starting the car normally I don't run into any problems. Anyone else experiencing this issue? I do have a flash from Mission and added the remote start after the fact so I'm not sure if that is the issue or not.

This happens to me from time to time. I think its when I have a poor connection on my phone. When I make sure my connection is strong I dont run into the issue.

I do get a check engine light when it fails to remote start. I just clear it with bimmerlink before I drive off!

I also have a mission performance tune and added the remote start.
