Disconnect between mybmw.com tracking and whatever the dealer uses to track?
Hey folks,
Just a curiosity - what actually triggers the 'at the dealership' status on mybmw.com tracking? I was fully expecting to take delivery of a M440i GC today as the vehicle has shown the 'at the dealership' status for a day. CA confirmed that my vehicle was on the priority and it will be prepped at the dealership within a business day of receipt. I haven't heard anything and called my CA and apparently the dealer has not received the vehicle from port yet. What is the disconnect here?
