Nav and Carplay not working

Hello all,

I recently purchased a new to me 2019 330i xDrive. I've been trying to figure out why Navigation is not displayed on my system and CarPlay is not popping up either. My system says it's updated but I also don't see where I can confirm what ID version I'm on. Any help is appreciated.

Can you see the navigation tab? Should be on the left handside. Check videos on youtube for idrive.
For carplay it has to be activated. If its not activated then you have to buy activation code for it.
