Hey guys has anyone seen this code 130f20 at the moment have a downpipe and cts intake, had the jb4 on for a couple of weeks and thought maybe it caused but I removed it yesterday and this morning got the code again! Has anyone in counter this situation car only has 23k and 2020 runs great but when this code happens I only get 9 psi on the idrive boost guage if I simply restart the car then I get full boost at the moment I do have the check engine on for the downpipe not getting any drive train malfunction. Can someone help? Thanks! Forgot to mention I do have the secondary code pops around the same time looks like 13070c.

13070C - VANOS, exhaust, cold start: not controllable.
