As long as you are happy man, all that matters! Just for future purposes, do all of your research before going into the dealership to ease your mind.

I'm picking up my M440i Grand Coupe xdrive tomorrow night. I paid sticker - $1500 for financing with an outside company (military price) (it doesn't make sense as BMW was $500 rebate). I financed for 6 years at 5.6% thru USAA vs it would have been 6.49% with BMW. I'm happy as it has everything I wanted.
Portimao Blue Metallic Oyster Vernasca Leather Open Pore Fine wood oak grain trim 19 Bi Color spoke wheels (all season non runflats since I live in PA) Blue calipers Parking assistance package Driving assistance package Premium Package Adaptive M suspension F&R heated seats Icon Adaptive LED headlights with Laserlight Sensa Tec Dashboard $72195 MSRP I'm 55 and always wanted a BMW inline 6, I had a 78 316i when I lived in Germany back in the 80s. I found this one online at a dealer. it just came in on the truck so they are prepping it Monday. I test drove a black one then had ready. I may have been able to get another $k or two off, who knows, I don't really care. I would have ordered it the same to be honest, maybe not with the laserlights. I didn't go for their $6k 7/100 warranty though, found Christine online here and will buy from her in a few months. I won't mention her price but contacting her is worth it. If you are happy with the deal then that is what counts in the end. Enjoy your car! I owned 3 C6 Vettes over the years and loved them but no room to park an extra car. Similar performance and AWD now. |

Depends on the dealer. I paid sticker for my 23 LCI 2 months ago. My dealer had very limited inventory then and still does. All the dealers in my state are in the same boat. So for our market demand is greater than inventory so not many deals to be had here currently. I expect it’s different though depending on the market.

Yes. Depends on dealer. I live in Memphis with just one BMW dealer and the next closest being 3 hours away in Nashville.
On Saturday I put $1,000 deposit on a factory order 2024 M440i XDrive Gran Coupe. I got $500 off the sticker. That was it...but its a challenge for them to even get a 112 allocation for the M440i Gran Coupe XDrive...so they are ot willing to deal too much. My current ride is a 2019 LCI C43 which has been great. But its a company vehicle that goes back end of October. Looked at the new C43 and its total crap. In fact some dealers have started heavily discounting the 2023 C43...some are getting 10% to 11% off MSRP. But many are being returned to dealerships with transmission issues! Very hard bucking and shuttering in city driving. Not like the smooth ZF eight speed in the M440i XDrive GC I just ordered. I dont know how MB did such a lousy job with the new C43. My W205 C43 with AMG PE is a great car. I do get blown away by my friends M340i and even my wife's X3 M40i...but the AMG PE really makes the 2019 LCI C43 and fun fun car. |

Thanks for the info everyone! Hard to tell what the market is for m340i's in my area (Dallas) since all of the '23 models are In Transit/Production. The only one I went to see in person was the first one in Brooklyn Gray which was already in a dealer swap even though it was listed on the dealer page for another 2 weeks. Been looking at some Pre-LCI models and F80s but just not able to find a reasonable priced F80 near me. Even considering the new M2 since the M340i I have my name down for is pretty much fully loaded except for the cooling and Drive Pro. Even has the carbon interior trim and alcantara liner. Decisions decisions...

There are a few lightly used 2023s floating around the US that you can pickup at a reasonable discount.
I nabbed a '23 X-drive in Tanzanite Blue with everything except for Driver Assist Pro for $58 last week. 9,000 on the clock. |

BMW South Austin isn’t planning to give me anything off MSRP on my M440i. They also told me to expect at least 6.5% interest with excellent credit if planning a 5-6 year term repayment.

Yeaa…after negotiating with my sales associate I had to haggle with the manager just to get my 1k off on top of my loyalty credit. There were 4 m340s in transit to my dealer when I was waiting and they pretty much all got snagged really quick before arrival. Seems like they’re selling very easily in my area

Reading through the thread - it looks I have had a good deal with 11% discount of the configured price on my order! But my expectations were for more substantial figures - like 20-25% off.
