Not true. Dealer will insist on installing them together for aerodynamic reasons, nothing to do with splitters lying around. You can purchase and install yourself separately if you want.

I didn't realize that. I was thinking portimao blue or brooklyn gray for the longest time, but as chance would have it the one car that popped up on a lot within 50 miles of me to check out in person was melbourne red. The BMW website does a terrible job of representing the actual color. I absolutely love it in person. Cool to know about the rarity, thanks!

My port is hueneme, the Olympian highway just left Mexico, I’ve heard it could take a couple days for the tracker to update. Hopefully we’re on it!🤞

I have been stuck in RFT for 2 weeks as well! I emailed my dealer contact on Tuesday and he said it should get on a ship "soon"... that's not helpful haha!

I'm also close to Hueneme. He said it usually takes 10 days from MX to Hueneme and then a week after that for delivery. I've got MPE and interior carbon trim set for port install so hopefully that doesn't take too long!

not a 2024 but my 2023 m340i has been ready for transport for 3 and a half weeks. Dealer says its at the port sitting waiting for a ship. who knows...
skyscraper gray and red/pimento interior. If I could of found a dravit grey I would of went with that but I need a car because my X5 was stolen. Couldn't find on a lot in florida with any dealer willing to do below MSRP except for one and they had this one already built and ready for transport. Sadly, it just never updated lmao
