Expanding cluster on ID8 with HUD?

Does anyone know how to switch to the "expanded" cluster on idrive 8 with HUD?

My gf has the m340i with HUD and we can't seem to find the option to expand the cluster. However, on my 330i without HUD, there is a way to expand the cluster.

Any ideas?

What do you mean by "expanded cluster"? If you mean whether the speedo and tacho are positioned on the sides or in centre of screen - this is instrument cluster(IC) layout.You can set up the IC layout by pressing the "list menu" button on the right side of steering wheel, then using the arrows to move to layout and select the desired one.

Correct. However, there is no option to expand the instrument cluster on a model with HUD? That's why I created this post. I have LCI models with and without HUD.

My MY2023 G21 LCI has a HUD and also can be switched between 3 different types of layouts for IC. The procedure is as I have described above.
