US manuals for UK cars?

Further to this thread - I'm curious if anyone else has this US info and wording in their manual?

There's nothing about an emergency release in my downloaded PDF version from the BMW app (but my version looks to be G21-specific as it only mentions tailgate, not boot lid). I guess it wouldn't be needed in an estate anyway?
