Performance wise.. I’m upgraded turbo atm with custom tune pushing ~400whp and lol the tires can’t hold the power when cornering. I’m running 255/35r19 squared. |

Hey
I'm planning on 20 inch rims for G20. For the width, I have thought 9 in the front and 10.5 in the back. And tires 245/35 and 275/30. What would be the most optimal numbers for the offsets without rubbing the back. Probably around 25 in the front, but does it go below 40 in the back or do you have to stay between 40-45? Would the same front tire (245/35) go with a 9.5 inch front with what kind of offset if the rims were 9.5 and 10.5? Thanks for the advice |

Setup
Need advise on setup for my G26 rear wheel drive.
Currently i'm on Rohana 20x8.5 offset 25(F) 20x10 offset 33(R), Continental sports contact 7, 245/35/20(F) 275/30/20(R) but my rear poke seems too much. Ordered lowering springs and is on the way but from the way my rear poke, I am worried it will definatelly rub my fenders. SHould i change tyre brand as the rim protector of these conti seems very thick? Should i change tyre size to 265/30/20? Last edited by a_ler; 02-01-2024 at 09:25 PM.. |

Anyone running 19 x 10 +35 in the rear? I want to know how much poke there will be? I just got some Curva concepts CFF70 and I'm afraid the rears are gonna poke too much for my liking.

A few posts up is someone with 10" +33 rear asking how to fix their excessive poke. Given it's 2mm diff, your poke will practically be the same. My 10" +44 wheel sits flush imo, but my 295 tires poke a bit. I will probably go 285 next time to clean up the look

Curva has an M340i with my spec wheels and it seem flush maybe a mild poke but it's lowered and I'm sure camber is not stock. |

I have adaptive M on my m340i. I run 18x9 +28 with 265s up front. Very light contact with the strut when backing up, down a hill, at full lock. I'm going to run 255s next time and see if it goes away

Yes, that was my plan but I'm also limited to specific tire sizes due to XDrive. I was gonna do 275/35 at the rear but that makes me go to a 245/40 at the front and I wanted a smaller sidewall. I know MPSS 4s run a little wide so hopefully it doesn't ruin my plans lol I also wanted to follow Curvas set up that is posted on their website. But I'm prepared to do some camber adjustments if it comes down to it.

Yeah from what I've gathered, 255 is the limit on this platform up front. We also have wider struts because of adaptive M. I had rubbing issues when I had my F80 M3 so I don't want to go through it again lol
