I have a 23' M340 and I wanted to get more power as my car is stock with a M performance exhaust. Its loud for stock but I want to make it louder but want to keep my warranty. I wanted to get a MST intake but wasn't sure if I should add a cat less or catted downpipe with that and possibly a charge pipe. Any tips on what performance mods I should do?

Nothing outright "voids" your warranty. Doesn't matter if you go catted or catless. A charge pipe is also not needed.

I recommend the active autowerke catted instead of catless so you do not trigger the check engine light. 1- it's inconvenient 2- you don't want to have the CEL discussion with your service rep every time you take the car for scheduled maintenance
