I got to drive a G80 but I haven't had the chance to drive a G87 yet.
I've got 6,700 miles on the M2 since I picked it up Nov 28. Car is awesome as a daily driver. The suspension, even in comfort, is a little more stiff than the 330e MSport. I typically have the engine in Efficient for my daily commute, but get much better highway mileage with engine in Sport. I typically keep the suspension in Sport or Sport+, steering in Sport & brakes in Sport. The M sport seats are very comfortable, more comfortable than the 330e seats.

Highway, I've been getting 29 mpg with auto cruise set at 85 mph during my weekend 250 mi one-way trips.
