That's impressive! Will that not show a fault code though?

Nothing on the dash. Pop the fuse back in if it’s needs to go into the dealer.

Has anyone with a pre-LCI car tried this? I’m away from home ATM so I can’t.

However, I downloaded a photo of a G21 rear fuse board and position 205 looked to be empty, and the BMW fuse chart for my car doesn’t show an F205.

Apologies it’s 203 and it’s a 7.5amp fuse. I’ve just checked.

I would assume pulling the fuse would leave a shadow code just like unplugging the valve would.

It did when I pulled the fuse on my previous 540i.

The only issue I have with BimmerCode mods is every time BMW push an update out it resets the mods and you have to enter them again. I’ve made a few mods and it’s getting tedious to have to redo them every 4 months or so! So for this particular mod I’d rather just pull the fuse when the valve is open! Job done and don’t have to faf around with coding again. 🤷‍♂️
