I know this is a long shot but… M3 Rear Seats in a G26?

So the question is simple, does anyone know if the rear seats in the G80 M3 (or G20 sedan since they should be the same size/fitment) will fit in the rear of the G26 GC? Specifically, I am talking about the seat bottom and the seat backs that fold down.

Why am I asking? I just retrofitted M3 Sport seats into my G26 i4 M50. But of course, the leather pattern on the front and rear seats don’t match now (which I knew would be the case going into this retrofit) - and I would like to fix that if possible. My options are to either bring the rear seats to an upholsterer (with OEM BMW G80 M3 leather, assuming I can find some) to match the M3 front seats or retrofit some used M3 rear seats into my car - if they fit (and my preferred option).

Using my uncalibrated eyeball seeing pictures (and a few cars in person), it looks like it could be possible. And I know car manufacturers will try to share common parts across different models for cost savings. But it would be GREAT if someone knows if this is possible or not.

Thanks!

I believe they are physically different sizes between gran coupe and the M3. The best thing you can do is go to a dealership and measure them. However, having owned an M340i and M440i GC, They seem to be physically different seats, which physically different dimensions. I do not believe they are interchangeable.
