BM3 Tune & Sluggish 0-60 Times
Hello, I am on BM3 STG2 E50 w/ XHP STG3. Im having trouble getting consistently low 0-60s like the one attached. I am not experiencing any wheel spin when I launch but at times it feels like the car is falling on its face halfway though first or second or sometimes it 60FTs real good.
I am still on the stock 225 RFTs, could those be the issue even though I’m not spinning? I have new tires that are going on in 2 weeks. I’ve logged the car during both 0-60s and no fuel pressure drops or timing corrections and STFT AND LTFTs looked good. Is this a grip issue and the DME is limiting the torque or is it something else? ALL 3 launches were in 1 drive cycle. Does the DME launch better after the first? XDRIVE 2020 225 RFTS. Thanks and sorry for word salad |

If you drive in Traction mode, DME should not limit the power due to wheelspins. And if you don't feel that you loose traction, then you most likely don't.
Do some data logging, specifically looking into timing. It sounds like DME might be pulling timing. |

Hey, I have taken logs on every launch. Everything is great fuel trims, 0 timing corrections, boost levels, throttle blade. I do see that my torque target and torque actual are in the low 500s compared to rolling which is 700+ nm. I think it’s because I’m using factory launch control. I edited it on XHP and will try using the custom launch or just full DSC off 2nd gear launch.
