I had my recall done last week and they flashed me back to stock but my DME was still unlocked.

Many have had it done OTA since it is the 11/2023 version that contains the fix. If you are still subject to the recall then you would have to go to the dealer to get the latest version installed unless you get an OTA before that.

Anyone have their car updated at the dealer and still have the recall notification? They updated my car to 7/2024 from 7/2023 and I still see the notification in my car.

I don't know about Canada but in th eUS it takes a week or so until the recall is cleared.
