Elusive boost deviation

Hi everyone,

I had a reputable name rebuild my gen 2 b58 with CP pistons and sleeves, DSC PD S1 cams, upgraded valves and springs, and a pure 650 turbo. Before all this was done, I could do pulls to redline and made appropriate boost. I have both tested it with a smoke machine and also compressed air, no smoke was seen leaving the engine.. and the engine held pressure pretty well up to 25 psi. I've visually inspected the wastegate and it appears that there's a ring indicating it's mating with the surface properly. I even went ahead and plugged the PCV head ports. Yet every time I try to do a pull, it immediately goes into limp mode at about 6000 rpm with codes 120308 and 120408.

I really, really don't wanna pull the turbo so before I do that I'm checking in here to see if anyone has any insight that will help me avoid doing so. Thanks in advance.
