H/K Booster replaced and coding needed

Hello,

I had the well known issue of total loss of bass on my car. All pointed to a faulty booster unit and i found a BMW service bullettin about the problem here in the forums, but since my car is out of warranty, i decided to try to change the booster my self, mainly because the price tag on the dealer was 1700€.

I tracked down a booster unit with the same part number that is mentioned in the SB, and i replaced the booster, but as suspected it will need some coding before it works.

I currently have bimmerutility and i can propably get esys also if needed, but i would need some help to figure out what needs to be done? TIA

I know, but i think you have to code or flash the RAM, in order for the new booster to work?

Different version. It is the version that BMW says to use to replace the original.

So far i have tried to just code the RAM with e-sys, VO code and to inject a new CAFD. Nothing worked so far.

Hi + DId you ever get this sorted, and what did you need to do in order for the new booster to work?
