Resonator delete bmw 330i g20 (built in USA)

I want to remove my resonator but im not sure if this diagram is accurate. Is the resonator the circled part in the picture ive linked exhaust diagram

Yes. That's the one, I'm looking for a bolton replacement (so I can add and remove the resonator for state inspection).

Okay thanks, what state are you in? I’m in MA and I’m pretty sure its within the law to remove it.
