Damn that seems like an abnormal amount of time to be waiting just to get to the port. By any chance, is “Customer Sold” written on the production sheet?

I read somewhere in this forum that customer sold builds get priority

Order states customer sold. In speaking with SA, he stated that the holidays and factory shutdown during this time has caused the delay.

Mine is supposed to be built next week (Tanzanite Blue II). My order was placed in late October but my dealer couldn't get an allocation until 11/22 (order received, Status 111). Had to call BMW NA in late December to get a production date as my dealer couldn't get any info on status. Status 112 (scheduled for production) took until 1/7/25 to show up on website. Hopefully with the holidays over they can speed up deliveries to the Port and to the States.

You may want to consider joining the Florida Suncoast Chapter of the BMWCCA. Good group of people and you can get rebates on new or CPO BMWs after one year of continuous membership.

Enjoy your new ride.

I had a ceramic tint installed. 15% throughout except for front windshield. They will be installing clear ppf next week.

What was the approximate cost for ceramic tint and clear PPF? I might want to do once I get my car. Just trying to understand the cost.
