while each tuner has their own definition of what a stage is, I think it is safe to say with any of them with 90 octane fuel only you will not be able to venture beyond a stage 1

I was thinking the same thing. I didn’t wanna push it. And I was only doing a downpipe & tune

But will I be okay running 90 octane with downpipe & 91 tune.

I would absolutely not run any OTS tune on a car that only sees 90 octane fuel. If that is the best fuel you can get, I would invest the money to get a custom tune for that fuel to be safe.
