Hi all,

I have a B48 330e, 2020 plate.

I was contemplating a stage one tune. Im not gonna sit here and make out i understand a lot about my car and mechanics (yet, but keen to learn).

I just wanted to ask who has done any basic tuning to a B48 what kind of performance boost they got HP wise and 0-60 wise ? I dont wanna do anything excessive just whatevers “cheap” and “simple”.

Open to suggestions.

i highly suggest jb4. I've had the jb4 for a couple of years before transitioning to bootmod3. I think jb4 is one of the best bang for the buck for those not trying to spend too much money to make the car faster. With the jb4, i went from 5.1s to 4.6s in 0-60. The fastest i've gone in the 1/4 with the jb4 alone was 13.0s. Stock I did 13.5s. With a downpipe, e30, fastest I did was 12.8s.

yes it's a plug and play. No need to unlock the DME.

I recommend a stage 1 tune. as well as with a 330e you can enable xtraboost which should give you a nice boost in HP for a little bit. you can also do an XHP flash tune for the transmission which should help.
