Changes Pending in myBMW app

Evening all. Don't suppose anyone knows how to get rid of this message under Data Management section of myBMW app?
Not sure what caused it, but it's been there for at least a week now. The car has been started loads of times since.

The privacy settings in the iDrive seem OK, it's set to allow all and the setting seems to be retained.

Not overly bothered, but does mean that all the My Trips stuff has stopped working and my brain cannot cope with the blank graph on the app home screen. The "Activate" option just takes me to the Data Management preference screen where I have no options available.

Have you tried clearing the cached data for the MyBMW app, and then restarting your phone, and then sign back into the app?

Or, even uninstal the app, restart phone, and reinstal the app again, and sign back in.

Might reset a a process that's not running properly or something like that.

I did uninstall the app and reinstall/sign in again etc. Didn't restart phone in between though. Worth a go. Thanks.

Worth a try. If that doesn't fix it, it may be an issue with BMW's servers. May be worth contacting Connected Drive to report the issue to them, so what they say.

Issue persists. BMW ConnectedDrive support team have been as predicted... reboot iDrive, reinstall app, book car in and pay a dealer to update the software (!)

One thing they did say though was to log my BMW ID out of iDrive and log back in again, but i can't see any option to do that. Anyone know if that's possible without deleting my profile and re-adding?

I'd expect the idea of suggesting you log your BMW ID out of iDrive is to reset your profile though. A PITA to be sure when it might not even fix the issue.
