Saw this photo online of a 440i in ARB with gold wheels, curious how this would look on a g20.

What do you guys think about this combination? too tacky/showy?

Maybe the lighting is wrong or my computer settings are off, but that looks more like Tanzanite Blue II, not ARB.

i think it's just the lighting for this particular photo, this seems like ARB to me, it is pretty dark unless you are under direct sunlight.

I think tanzanite blue would be a lot darker than this under the shade as well

Light sources have a major impact on the appearance of Arctic Race Blue. While a couple of the attached photos are blown out due to cell phone camera exposures, they are relatively accurate.

Looks so good in the ‘darker’ photos, I assume the lighter images are where tge exposure is higher? They actually look close to the how the configurator displays the colour but from what I gather it looks nothing like that IRL, can you confirm?

dba1t,
Nice cars and lift. I miss my old garage where I could have fitted a full size lift. All I have now is a quickjack and garage envy!

Wow, that last picture really highlights the pearl effect in the paint! It's incredible how Arctic Race Blue can transition from greys to blues to even light purples. Check out the purple tones on the roof pillars and the front and back bumpers in that last shot. This color was my second choice, but both my wife and I are thrilled with Vegas Red, which also has some amazing color transitions. Love it!

Skyscraper Grey is a modern silver grey color with tendency towards anthrazite.

I‘ve seen SG on a M3 (with Kyalami interior) and more recently on a X5 (with Mokka). It complimented both cars on sportiness and sophistication.

IMHO it doesn‘t look boring at all. ARB looks a bit dull on pictures, but I have‘t seen it in person…

Eibach. I am unsure what the rules are for posting video links, however, you can find my installation video on YouTube. Another photo provided.
