You have the right options selected (yellow and non-laser) if it were an option when I changed mine, I would but the ones with the heatsinks. 1) saves you work from prying off OEM and pasting in new module 2) makes it easier to convert back if you run into an issue.
Lastly they do come in 2 pairs (L/R inner and outer boards). Enjoy the mod and I’m sure you’ll love it.

Thanks so much for answering quickly. One more question: you're referring to the $123 pair right?

Correct… since you’re ordering, you might need a set of low profile Torx wrench. This might help getting to the blocked screw behind the wheel well.

AE low profile torx

I believe they were T20 but they were cheap enough I bought the Z type 3 pc just to have them handy

If even with this, you still can’t get to the screw, my video (at 9:50 mark) shows where you can loosen the hood stopper brace to give you more room.

chutoy perfect sounds good. I’m going to order both of these today (drls and z type 3piece set). I’ll let you know how the installation process goes and update you. Thanks so much for your help!

Also sounds simple enough but try not to bend the pins otherwise you might get a parking lamp malfunction

chutoy I will make sure to be careful of that. Last question, do you have a video of the installation process for an m440?

Hi, quick update. We got them in and they’re functioning well. Thanks for your video and advice on getting the t20 as it definitely aided. We were able to snake the t20 without needing to remove the brace in the engine bay too, so that was nice. Below is a pic of the final product in daylight/nightlight (love the look)

Also, I have one more question unrelated to the topic. Do you happen to know/have any info on aftermarket chassis braces/cross members (middle one located under the midpipe). I have a full catback I got off alibaba (Valvetronic supplier) and the new midpipe rattles on the OEM brace a lot and have been trying to find one that fits my car with no luck. I’m not sure if g80/g82 aftermarket ones fit, so I figured I’d ask. Thanks and let me know if you have some insight on that!

(Image quality isn’t the best bc drls are hard to capture)

Glad you weren’t delayed by the tariffs and that your install went good. I didn’t change my exhaust so unfortunately cannot help you out there.
