This is the oem tip option for those that want the look of oem tips.

The oem exhaust system is only a dual outlet system so it will not fit 4 tips the two inner tips are routed below the Oem tip.

If you want the quad look the oem square tip is easily removed and the quad tips can be used with the factory diffuser.

Burbles come from software tuning so if your vehicle has some now they will be more pronounced after the exhaust.

2021+ have neutered burbles by BMW in the software. A flash tune is likely to be the only way to bring them back.

I'm on OEM, nothing aggressive, and it's wild.

I'll try and get some audio - it's been nothing but raining nonstop lately here in Central PA.

Oem burbles are usually plenty with catless and our exhaust.

It’s a plug and play exhaust from what I hear but do you think I can take this to any bmw mechanic and have them install this or should I go to an exhaust/muffler shop?

I don’t have any equipment to do this at home

I would go to a bmw performance shop that is used to installing aftermarket parts.

I just got the exhaust installed and it sounds MAD.

Two questions
1. The valve has two positions from what I’m hearing. One of the positions is for sport and sport plus. The other is for comfort and eco. Is this correct? I only hear the actuator make the sound when I swift from comfort/eco to sport/sport plus. Changing from sport to sport plus doesn’t make that actuator sound.

2. Is there a way to visually see the flap position? With the stock exhaust i could see the position. With this i wasn’t able to.

On a side note, fitment was perfect. Installer had no issues. I smelled a burning smell inside the car for the first 10 minutes but that went away. Inspected the rear and nothings burning.

10/10. This thing roars in sport mode. I might put it in sport mode and unplug the fuse to keep it like this in all modes but i want to drive it around with both options first and see how it is.

The flap modes change depending on your “engine sound” in the car. Thats how mine is set up too. You can see the flaps open and close with a flashlight but car should start closed regardless of the mode you are in

God damn it. I feared exactly that… that the tips would come separate. Smh lol
