It's warm fluorescent strip under cabinet fixture. You can find many affordable versions of it at your local light supply house (thanks to China and Taiwan). Some name brands include G.E., Juno, and Lithonia.

Nice remodelling, a fantastic transformation. I like the leaded glass whatever-you-call-it over the sink but don't care for the tile color. Not to worry, though, I'm not living there.

Rough neighborhood? What's with the iron bars on the windows?
