I have tested this a number of times, going from tuned to stock to tuned with a dp. It's quite obvious if you have a proper boost gauge. Factory boost gauge shows the temporary max it hit and holds that value. But if you have a proper gauge ypu can see it hit 3psi more than normal but only for a sec or two. When the car is tuned for a dp ypu will not get the overboost, just the higher boost for the whole time its demanded. |
