I debadged the wife's 23 M340i and then added a new OEM blacked out badge...Looks much cleaner now.

I have a spare unopened blacked out M340i badge if anyone is looking for one.

Just doing some very mild mods at this point as this is my wife's car.

Swapped out her OEM intake for the Dinan pex intake to match the engine cover. I'll be removing the silver "cooling shroud" and have it powder-coated black. I ordered an engine dress-up bolt kit in blue because she thought it looked cool...so that'll be installed after I receive the shroud back from the powdercoater.

I have to be honest, I didn't know the car had the performance pages display. When I owned my M550i, there was a separate app that said "M Performance" so I assumed it would be the same on the M340i. Found it by accident in the "Live Vehicle" section.

So next up is;
- Powder-coat cooling shroud gloss black
- Blue bolt engine dress-up kit
- MST turbo inlet pipe (Hopefully it works in unison with the Dinan intake)

Side note: I have a spare brand new (never opened) gloss black OEM M340i badge if anyone is interested.

Continuing with some mild modifications. I took off the raw finish aluminum cooling shroud and had it powder-coated gloss black to match the front brace. Then I installed a Downstar engine bolt dress-up kit (SS hardware w/ anodized blue washers).

- Next up is the MST turbo inlet kit
- M-Performance gloss black side skirts

Man, I love those wheels. I have Brooklyn Grey with blue calipers and I think those wheels would do nicely on mine. You have me seriously considering a set.

Do it. I went through getBMWparts.com for the wheels and the M-Performance side skirts.

Installed the M-Performance gloss black side skirts this past Saturday. Fairly straight forward install with the only hassle being lining up the skirts perfectly to the body contour.

I used some 3M super adhesive double-sided tape to line the bottom of the side skirt and then some black body molding screws instead of the supplied plastic rivets.

Looks great mate - always loved the 898m wheels!

The skirt extensions you added look like they could be in the wrong place - BMW factory fit them so the back of the black extension lines up with the arch - not sure if you purposely wanted to fit them more toward the front but just wanted to let you know.

Yeah, I've been told the install is a little too far forward, but I actually don't mind the position. It wouldn't install further back without having gaps between the OEM side skirt and the new M-Performance side skirt.

We don't mind the look...The side skirts on my Cadillac Blackwing have a similar orientation.

The next item I'll be installing...

Installed the M-Performance alcantara armrest yesterday. Really nice piece with maybe a 10-15 minute install time.
